Subject to the following conditions, we will accept returns of items purchased from naviodesigns.com or Navio Design’s partner retailers.
- Items must be in the same condition as at the time of sale. Items must not be used, worn, damaged or altered. All original packaging must be returned with the items.
- Customers will bear the cost of shipping the items back to Navio Designs.
- Returned items must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Navio Designs must first be notified by email to info@naviodesigns.com. Returns made without prior notifications will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Return notification must be sent within 2 days of receiving the product. Navio designs will approve the return and expect to receive the returned goods within 15 days of return approval. Return approvals will be communicated within 2 days of receipt. Goods being returned from outside of North America are allowed 25 days to arrive from the day of return approval.
