1. Product information
a. What is the best ring size for me?

b. What materials do you use in your products?
All our designs are made using Stainless Steel and finished using the process electroplating.
c. Will the plating tarnish/ fade away?
The finish on all Navio Designs jewelry is achieved through a process of Electroplating, which naturally tarnish over a period of time. We have noticed the plating on our designs don’t tarnish for a few years. However, that strongly depends on usage and how the jewelry is cared for. Prolonged periods of exposure to water, soap, oils, heat, etc. affects the longevity of the plating.
d. How do I care for my Navio jewelry?
- Avoid getting the jewellery wet. That includes washing your hands or showering with the jewellery on and putting your jewellery for a wash with your laundry.
- Avoid swimming with the jewellery on. Chlorine and other chemicals that are added in the swimming pool can damage the jewellery. Ocean salt water too can cause adverse effects to plated surfaces.
- Do not store all your jewellery together. Jewellery rubbing against each other can cause abrasions & damage to the surface.
- Store your jewellery in a soft pouch or store wrapped in soft cloth.
2. Placing an Order
a. How can I obtain my special discounts using my PROMO Code?
If you have a discount code, enter the PROMO Code field during check out. The system will deduct the discounted amount from the price of the product.
b. What secure payment methods are available?
Navio Designs accepts payments through Shopify Payments via credit card payments & PayPal. These are all standard & secure methods of payments commonly used for e-commerce transactions.
c. When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when the order is placed.
d. Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org to the email address provided at the time of placing the order confirming the receipt of your order on our end. Please add email@example.com to your address book to prevent the confirmation email from ending up in your spam.
e. Can I change/cancel my order?
If your order has already shipped, You wont be able to change/cancel the order. However, if your order has not shipped yet, You can shoot an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting an order change approval & we will do our best to change/cancel your order. Order changes approval will depend on availability of inventory of the requested changed.
3. Shipment & Returns Info
a. Which shipping carriers do you offer?
In order to be competitive yet reliable, we offer multiple shipping careers that you can choose from at the time of placing the order. Depending on your location, You can choose between Canada Post, USPS, FedEx, Purolator & Dicom.
b. Do you ship internationally
Yes. Duties and Taxes at the port of entry (customer's country) must be paid by the customer and your order will deliver right to your door.
c. What are your shipping costs?
All shipping rates are provided in real time directly from our shipping partner's systems, which can be viewed at the time of check out.
d. Do you offer free shipping?
Navio offers free shipping for all orders over CAD 102.00 within the US & Canada. And for all orders over CAD 150.00 on all international orders at. Add info about free shipping carrier.
e. How long does it take before you ship out orders?
Orders will be shipped without within 2 working days
f. How can I change my shipping address?
Send us an email to email@example.com with your order number and we will change the shipping address. If the order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. In that case, you will have to call the career and request a different delivery address by providing your tracking number.
4. Warranty & Returns
a. What is my warranty period?

b. Product Returns Instructions
Navio Designs accepts product returns that were purchased on our website. For international shipments customers are expected to pay for shipping and customs charges at port of entry (Toronto, Canada). Failing to pay for return charges, Navio Designs will deduct the equivalent costs before refunding. Customers must send in a return notification by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. On receiving the return shipment notification, Navio Designs will update you on the status of the return, request for the shipment tracking number. Please allow 2 to 15 days for your returned shipment to arrive. We will process the refund as applicable after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
c. Can I return Navio Designs products I purchased from a retailer?
No. We cannot accept returns of products that were purchased from retailers. You will need to take the product back to the retailer and ask for a return and refund.
